On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Mr.
Michael Lambert,
I once again try to notify you as my earlier letter was returned
undelivered. I hereby attempt to reach you again by this same email
address on the WILL. I wish to notify you that late Mr.Michael Lambert
made your name a beneficiary to his WILL. He left the sum of Nine
Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD$9,500.000.00 ) in your name
in the codicil and last testament to his will.
This may sound strange and unbelievable to you since none of his
family member seems to know any one with your name, but it is real and
true.
Being a widely travelled man, he must have been in contact with you or
someone having the same name with you and also from your country in
the past or simply the beneficiary were nominated to him by one of his
numerous friends abroad who wished you or the rightful beneficiary
good. Mr.Michael Lambert until his death was a member of the
Helicopter Society and the Institute of Electronic & Electrical
Engineers.
He was a very dedicated Christian who loved to give out. His great
philanthropy earned him numerous awards during his life time.
Late Mr. Michael Lambert died on the 16th day of February 2004 at the
age of 90 years, and his WILL is now ready for execution.
According to him this money is to help the poor and the needy.

It is very imperative you also note that I instructed the computer
department in my Chambers to search via email directory the name in
your country just as it appears in the WILL and your email address was
the only searched result since there is no other means I can locate
anyone by your name without a specific residence address except the
country that my late client indicates in the WILL.
I will send you a copy of his death certificate and the WILL as soon
as i read from you for better understanding.

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email although i don't understand how you mean by "If this is true...". Your names were selected amongst sundry persons and charity organizations that were bequeathed, although no member of his family seems to know you.
I can imagine that the Late Mr. Michael Lambert must have known that you will put the money to good use for the less privileged of which he was aware that you can achieve, that is why he selected you. Also, understand that I don't know you neither have I met you before, but my contacting you is based on the outcome of the search carried out by the computer department in my chambers to find any one with the name as indicated in the WILL.
As an attorney who specialize in the field of Intellectual Property, representing clients in the Courts and in the Patent Office, advising on a wide range of intellectual property matters and giving evidence of English law for the purpose of proceedings abroad and once a Bar representative on the Government's Standing Advisory Committee on Industrial Property, until 2001, I cannot afford to go against the heart desired of my late client as this will hurt me all the rest of my life.
