I am Richard Ayama a senior member of the Contract Awarding Committee of the
ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES (ECOWAS). I contacted you
to assist me in the transfer of USD 25.5, 000,000.00 (twenty five million

hundred thousand United States Dollars only.)
and subsequent investment of same in lucrative ventures in your

This fund was a residue of the over invoiced contract bills awarded by me

of the facts that there are real diversion of funds by government officials
by
formulatimg similar proposal to extort money from innocent citizens. Which i
can
vow with my life that it is not the same in my case.
