Question and policies in sharjah U.A.E.

Hi, id like to ask some imporant rules or policies, in the country of U.A.E,specially in sharjah. 1.Are woman and man cannot be seen that they have a relation in public? 2.What if a husband and a wife found out that that his/her partner cheat on him/her in that country with somebody else.can they be easily be deported?or cased? 3.What if i have seen somebody made a fake marraige contract.then i have copy of proofed that will testify.will she or he can be automatically be jailed? 4.Will the goverment of U.A.E. have concerns about, this even if they are only Overseas contract workers?
