Without seeing the emails you were sent, all I can say is it sure sounds like one. Did you buy a ticket for this lottery? If the answer is no, then it is a scam. Copy and paste the email into this thread and we will check it out in more detail for you :)

The phone number is a mobile phone in Belgium (as are all +32-4xx numbers). Most likely this is run by the same gang as the "Famous Culture Lottery" scam.

I also received an email from Cable trust Agency from a Mr. Andreas Kameas that I've won in an email lottery of sorts. I've sent the usual info that they ask. What will that do to me?

You will be safe from the scammer if you block/ignore his emails. If he has your phone number and calls you, politely tell him you are no longer interested, then hang up. He will soon stop bothering you and move on in search for other victims.

I also recived a letter from:

EUROMILLIONS LOTTERY AGENCY

AVENUE,LOUIS,B48,1050, BRUSSELS , BELGIUM
TEL: 0032-487-852-796.FAX: 0032-366-341-06
EMAIL:foreighnoffice02@netscape.net

Forwarded from address: janika vandrissen <foreighno34@hotmail.com>

indicating I have won a million dollars. They wrote I should provide them a passport number for verification, and they will provide a plane ticket to pick me up. If that is not possible, which I would never do they have an attorney which they will have contact me, and I am sure they will ask for a bank number. I will not give them this either. It is all too elaborate for me, I see how some believe it.
