Dear -----
Reacting to the notice of the finance house of my late client, Engr.
Frank ----- , that worked as a consultant and subcontractor to Mobile Oil
Company PLC, I regret to inform you of the date of your relation which
occurred on 5th March, 2003.
He was on a trip to the tourist centre with his family when the vehicle
theytraveled with had accident along Tema Expressway, and no occupant of
thesaid vehicle survived it on 5th March, 2003
Since then I have made fruitless efforts through your embassy here to
locateany of his extended family members, but could only get information
that
led to the tracing of your contact email hencethis letter.
The essence of this message is to draw your attention mainly to the sum
of$7.5m which he lodged into the finance house. According to the law
regulating such deposits here, the fund is to be declared dormant, and
subject to freezing by government if no one with the same surname comes
for this money within the next three weeks from now, though he was able to
instruct the bank to move the money to their affiliate Bank in London
preparatory to its final movement to his country before his sudden
death. As the inheritable fund is in London now, your urgent positive action
is
direly needed to save this fund.
Recognizing me as the attorney, the Bank called upon me to see to it
thatany relations of the deceased was located to put forward claim for this
fund, or else normal legal procedure will be effected to write the fund
from their account books.
Having made fruitless efforts in this regards all this while, it is
onlyreasonable that I ask for your consent and cooperation to forward your
name as the next of kin of the deceased with a view to claim this fund in
line with the law, and that you have the same surname makes the claim
easier.
Given your invaluable role, I suggest we share the fund thus; 55% for
you, and 45% for me. Please, treat this letter with the importance that it
deserves as it is based on CONCRETE AND INCONTROVERTIBLE LEGAL
EVIDENCE. No more no less. This is not one of those letters I must stress.
You can count on me for all the vital information stipulated
by law to achieve smooth and clean claim. For a successful process, due
legal process devoid of any risks have to befollowed, and I promise to
give you all the professional advice and guidance to make things easier.
With strict adherence to the law, I can assure you there will be no breach
of the law, no risks whatsoever. But keep this to your self alone for
security
reasons until we are through successfully.
It is only absolutely necessary that you respond as early as possible
so that we can beat the bank's deadline .
Yours sincerely,
Ola Femi Esq.
