Retrieving Headers in MS Outlook Express:
In Outlook Express, the quickest way to get the message headers is to open the message and press Ctrl+F3. This opens a read only text window with the complete message source, including headers. Ctrl+A, Ctrl-C lets you mark and copy this for paste to another message.
Alternate methods:
From the message list: Right click on the message and select properties.

Both methods bring up the Properties dialog box, select the "Details" tab, and the headers are displayed in the box labelled "Internet Headers".
