Retrieving Headers in MS Outlook Express:

In Outlook Express, the quickest way to get the message headers is to open the message and press Ctrl+F3. This opens a read only text window with the complete message source, including headers. Ctrl+A, Ctrl-C lets you mark and copy this for paste to another message.

Alternate methods:
From the message list: Right click on the message and select properties.

From the message window: Click File -> Properties.

Both methods bring up the Properties dialog box, select the "Details" tab, and the headers are displayed in the box labelled "Internet Headers".

Some days ago I worked with Exchange, but after that I started to work with the same file on MS Outlook, and something happened...and my file was damaged. But fortunately myself helped-convert outlook 2003 pst to outlook 2002 pst (http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/convert_pst_to_.html),it has free status as far as I know. Moreover utility can as well compatible with all versions of Microsoft Outlook email client and Microsoft Windows operating system.
