Retrieving Headers in MS Outlook:

There are two methods of finding headers in Microsoft Outlook; they both have the same result:

Method 1 - from the Message list:
Right click on the message, select Options

Method 2 - In the Message Window:
Click View -> Options.

** Both methods open the Message Options window. The headers are in the lower third of the window, in the scroll-box titled "Internet Headers"
