As Nyla eloquently stated below, quoting someone else's blog here, on the wrong thread and without a reference to the source is really not a good idea to start a new year with. I am at this point stopping an inch short from considering you a spammer. I would strongly caution you against posting that sort of material on our board, because the next post of this kind you make will be your last.

I moved this to a new thread, because it has nothing to do with the "Microsoft Online Promotion" scam, which is where you initially posted it.

Could you please explain why you're posting what appears to be a thread from someone's blog, out of context, without any apparent permission or link to the original? You're certainly welcome to start a discussion about IP relay scams, point visitors to articles or other forums on the subject and so on, but I don't see a great deal of point in posting a conversation here, where most of the people who participated in the original conversation are not present to continue participating in it. When quoting other people's views, it's generally a good idea to include a link, citing the source.
