I don't find enough information on this company to determine whether they make a habit of taking your money and not bothering to send you anything or not. However, even if you receive the goods you order, they're going to be counterfeit goods trying to pass themselves off as the real thing, or "imitations" that mimic the style of the designer brands they list without the designer label. And that's the best case scenario, really. You end up with counterfeit goods or goods that "mimic" designer goods for your money. Depending on where you are located, and your country's import regulations, you could be risking having the goods seized by customs, and still ending up with nothing.

Confirming the legitimacy of a Chinese supplier is next to impossible. Being listed as a "Gold Supplier" on Alibaba.com only means that the scammer or company makes enough money to afford to pay Alibaba for that level of service. It says nothing about their trustworthiness or the quality of their goods. Not having a negative rating on Tradekey might mean they're reliable, or it might mean padded feedback, or it might mean they just haven't scammed enough people under that name to get a lot of negative feedback. Even if it's a real company and you're dissatisfied with the transaction somehow, you have little to no recourse in resolving the dispute, because their payment methods offer little or no consumer protection. And it's difficult to start a civil action in court over an international business transaction.

Unless you can find someone you trust who will personally endorse the company, I would suggest avoiding it. (Even then, you can still be scammed or dissatisfied. I recently spoke with someone who ordered $10,000 of "advertised new" mobiles from a Chinese company, only to receive refurbished and completely nonfunctional units. The company had been recommended by a friend who had previously dealt with the company.) Unless you're willing and able to risk a small order to test the quality of goods and service, or visit the manufacturer personally, there isn't much of a way to reliably confirm Chinese companies.

I think the post above ^^^ has just confirmed it to be a scam... IP resolves to China, unregistered anonymous endorsement... yep, I'd say this has taken the scam X factor up a few notches.

As mentioned above... the site is a scam and the people behind it are scammers. I have received no word from them regarding my response to their contact us submission.

We get several threats of legal action if we do not comply with their requests to remove their names in connection with scams. I have yet to see a meaningful communication from lawyers, courts or in fact anyone wishing to progress legal issues with us.

It's bluff and bluster, and unfortunately anyone who has dealt with these criminals face a non-refundable loss.

I would suggest rereading the earlier posts in this thread. To hit the highlights, the site looks highly suspicious, and it claims to carry a brand that has expressly stated that it does not allow people to sell their brand on the internet. Therefore, they would be lying about carrying genuine Lacoste clothing.

If they have indeed scammed you, the money is gone. Western Union is not traceable or refundable.

No, it's not real, Mr. Unregistered from Ontario in Canada. It is a scam, and by endorsing it as real, you have proven yourself to be a scammer. Your details will be passed to the relevant authorities at the earliest opportunity for them to monitor your activities.

Hi, I just recieved my package from them. They are not bad to deal with. There products are knock-offs if that is what you are looking for so don't expect the real thing. Transaction time was around 2 weeks from the time I sent the funds and recieved the package.

Missed this one.

How anyone can state "Good To Go" and acnowledge that "products are knock-offs" in one post is utterly incredible. By purchasing "knock-offs" willingly and knowingly, you are no better than the perpetrators themselves, and it is people like you that encourage the scammers to continue to rob, steal and cheat their way through life.

You disgust me, and I hope that when customs officials find you, they lock you up for a very long time.

Very sorry to hear you have been duped by this no good bunch of scammers. Be sure to file a police report locally.

It still amazes me that these scammers believe that anonymous posting of endorsements for an outfit that is brazenly counterfeit, obviously fake and out to steal as much money from people as possible, will actually make a difference to people who are reading the entire thread.

Do you criminals honestly think that one or two anonymous posts of "yeh they're good" mixed in between several more that clearly state "they are scammers" are going to hold any kind of credibility at all?

Or are you that desperate because people are becoming aware of your scams, and are getting wise to your techniques and methods that they are flipping you the flinger?

Keep posting, Steve, Unregistered and the rest of you; all you're doing is confirming these frauds every time you post - makes our job soooo much easier ;)

I have dealt with these guys for a couple of years. At first they would make me order at least 10 pairs of shoes when I just wanted one but now they take orders of just one. But evethough the Nike I received were nice I am pretty sure they were fake. I was actually just getting on there again to order another pair and accidentally put the address in the search bar instead of address bar and came across this website. It is true that most of these chinese suppliers are not manufacturers they are just buyers and they do only accept western union which has to do with them avoiding their government. I have tried several different suppliers and have only been duped once but I always start with as small an order as possible. I know they are fake but I just buy for myself and $11 for a quality polo style shirt is pretty cheap. I do not care if it is suppose to be polo. The Nike knockoffs I paid $55 for and have worn them and played pretty hard ball in for 2 years. Again I bought them for my use and do not care if they are Nike or not. also everything in china does shut down for like 2 weeks for the new year. That is one thing they really do right.

No, plenty of scammers use PayPal to receive money. PayPal offers virtually no protection against being scammed, at least if you do a Paypal-to-Paypal transfer, and the scammer manages to withdraw the money before you report the theft.

PayPal only agrees to recover your money if there is anything in the receiver account to be recovered, and then only if you convince them you were scammed. If you don't have sufficient evidence and there's no money left in the scammer's account, you're out of luck.

I placed an order on this website, at first jesse was real nice, helpful, I sent the money western union, jesse sent me a tracking number when I tracked the number the goods went to Miami, Fl. I live in Philadelphia, Pa when I asked why this happened they just told me nothing like that ever happened before and I must have given them the wrong address. After that Jesse or Albert will not talk to me again....What I want to know is why did some people receive their goods and other people didnt??
