20 scams n I want them stopped Help please

I am utterly sick to death of these revolting people who think that we havent a brain cell between us. The following keep pestering me but I might add that on no occasion have I ever replied or opened an attachment but am nearing the point of telling them where to go, (but I wont)

These are just a few that contact me I do forward them to a Fraud Scammers Organisation How do we stop these low lives?

If the scams could be stopped they would have been stopped a long time ago. These scammers are in different countries from their victims to their are legal jurisdictional barriers to prosecution. Even there were not, they are anonymous. They use pre-paid mobile telephones and free email addresses and generally collect money via Western Union/MoneyGram to ensure this anonymity.
