UK Address is a private mailbox associated with many different companies and in conjunction with the valid Company Registration number has been stolen for use by this scam website. The US address is associated with an American company called "Electro World".

The phone number is a UK +44 70, which is a free redirection service and not a valid phone number. In almost all cases such a phone number indicates a scam, as the perpetrators will not be in the UK at all, they are likely to be in West Africa.

This is a calssic "non-delivery scam" aka "advance fee fraud".

As Shuecraft stated the majority of these non-delivery electronics websites using 4470 UK phone numbers originate from Nigerian scammers in Nigeria but also in other countries these criminals infiltrate, often by using student visas. One Nigerian scamming family was doing the exact same iPhone scam using fake names "Alien Computer Store", "TELEPHONE STORE (US) LIMITED", "ELECTRONICS247 LIMITED", "MOND TELECOM STORE" and others. To give you an idea of what you may be dealing with, that scam was operated by the Chukwunagorom brothers (https://www.google.com/search?q=Chukwunagorom+&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a), from Nigeria, Malaysia, Russia and Cyprus.

Report it yes, but don't expect to get a single penny back again. Paying by Western Union is just the same as leaving your wallet/purse in the street. Gone means really GONE.
