We fully acknowledge the receipt of your request, for exporting your Brand Products into our country which the products must be tested/approved and Registered by Central African Republic Ministry of Health and Public Sanitation. Before we can issue the Test result/Approval for the Health Registration Certificates for your company/product export approval which will empower your company as the manufacture/exporter, to be exporting your products freely into our country and other neighboring countries as well.

Sequel to your email that your company is willing to export your Brand Products, to your customer a company here in Central African Republic. And to proceed for your Brand Products Registration Health Certificates with our Registration Department Regulatory Office. It's extremely important to obtain the Approval Health Registration Certificates for your Brand Products, to enable you have free exportation,marketing and promotion also to allow your customer's banker here in Central African Republic to effect payment to you.

This is in accordance to the governing law, norms and regulation,establish under degree code 2110 of 2006 Health Control Law, Paragraph 25 in the National Constitutional Law of 2000 re-instituted on 2006. You MUST strictly send all the requirement to be mentioned below to at earliest to enable us process your application and get your Registration Certificate from the Central African Republic Ministry of Health and Public Sanitation.

You have to send us the following requirements immediately:-

1. Physical Samples of product(s) for purpose of test analysis.
2. Your company manufacturing/exporting license.
3. A copy of your international passport/driver's license or any governmental identity proof.
4. Fill the Product Registration Form. (Refer to the attached file).
5. Registration Fee US$1,754.00 (US Dollars One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Four Only)
6. Buyer(s) full name and address.

Additional information you need to know:

a. The Registration Certificate will be durable for Five (5) years with option of renewal.
b. Your product will not be allowed market in our country neither will any bank in our country transfer any fund without receiving a copy the product Registration Certificate.
c. The products should always be of the same quality standard with the samples submitted to Ministry Of Health and Public Sanitation.
d. The brand name(s) / labellings are not to be changed without written permission from Ministry Of Health and Public Sanitation.
e. The Registration Certificate will allow you to market your product all over the Mid-Africa.
f. The Ministry of Health and Public Sanitation will add your product and company name our registered directory which will increase your chances of trade in Africa.

Please note that registration application is to be made by the manufacturer or authorized merchant exporter of the products. The registration Health Certificates approval will be issue to your company in three (3) working days upon receipt of the complete registration requirements.
You are urge to send all the requirements and we will provide you a western union details where to transfer the Registration fee of US$1,754.00 (US Dollars One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Four Only) after we have received all the documents and properly verify it.
