You can see this thread:

for one of the numerous posts on Freelotto. They are not a classic fake lottery, but their "fine print" is ridiculous. You have not actually won anything. They're simply trying to talk you into subscribing to their "pay to play" service for a monthly fee. You will also be bombarded by spam, and you may not be able to get them to stop charging you the monthly fees if you decide to cancel.
I would delete the email and avoid the company.

Asad,
Freelotto is a pay to play sweepstakes that pretends to be a "lottery", and they send unsolicited and deceptive emails.
Yes, I have received their "winning notifications" that aren't really winning notifications. No, I haven't won anything. And I won't win anything, because I am not signing up for their "free" service, which entails visiting their website daily, enduring their website ads and receiving up to 60 additional ads in my email account every day. I think my time is a bit more valuable than that. And I'm certainly not going to be signing up for their $10 per month F.A.S.T. subscription service for the privilege of possibly winning $1 or $5, if I'm lucky, and still having to endure up to 60 ads in my email account every day.
They obviously send out unsolicited emails disguised as winning notices, as a way to drum up subscribers for their pay service, they bury their astronomical odds in the fine print, they have dozens of consumer complaints against them for unauthorized billing. Thanks for the offer, but I don't need anyone to advise me on Freelotto and their questionable business practices. They are technically legal, but I would not call them ethical, personally. You would have much better odds if you spent $10 per month on your state or national lottery, frankly.

sir,
i recieved the free lotto offers in my mail box(i had visited to the site once and registered there but not given the credit card number). last week i have also recieved a cheque of $0.18 at my home address.
now i have recieved 107 mails saying that you have won $1,ooo,ooo.00(cheque pending)
complete your entry as per as rules(they are asking for a credit card) and get the pending cheque released.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
please guide me....

The $0.18 check is just another marketing ploy. Other people have received them, and no, they are not a sign that you have won a larger prize. When you registered, you probably gave them your address. They spent more on the postage than on your "prize". Asking you to pay anything to get a prize is illegal. It's a violation of advance fee laws. There is no reason a real lottery/sweepstakes should EVER ask you for a credit card number.
Here is yet more evidence that Freelotto is only sending you that pitiful check to get you to subscribe to their $9.95 a month service.

You have not won anything larger than $0.18.

You can certainly try reporting them to the New York Attorney General's office, (Eliot Spitzer) or the New York Better Business Bureau. You may need to refer to them as PlasmaNet, which is Freelotto's parent company. They claim to be headquartered in New York, but honestly, I don't know if they have an actual physical office there.
They may actually be operating within the law. Frankly, they never state that you have won anything. If you read quite carefully, they keep saying that IF you play, using their paid service, and IF you win, you will receive your prize. That's a very big IF.
