So due the cheap price it is a scam or real because he have nice feedback on ebay and paypal payment s is accepted and more....
so I'm not sure, anyone can help me or give me some information?

This looks like someone who has had his password stolen by a scammer. He's a power seller but has never sold mobile phones before now. That he's asking people to contact him by email often means it's a scam. And the price is of course ridiculous.
