I have received a message telling me that I have won a big sum of money from the Bill Gates Foundation Lottery? Could you please tell me whether that foundation really exists and that it has a lottery for Internet users?

There is a Bill Gates Foundation, they do not have a Lottery. It is a fraud.

You have to buy a ticket to be a winner in any lottery. Any offer that says you have won, but have never purchased a ticket is a fraud.
