This is the Chinese variant of it. The site redirects to www.global-nike.com and there are a lot of these sites selling counterfeit sport shoes and Ipods. They tend to turn out to be simple scams. While there are "real" companies in China selling both fake Nike sports shoes and fake Ipods, it is illegal to deal in them and the risks are large. I seriously doubt there is such a thing as a counterfeit XBox, and they would most likely not be able to deliver the real thing at any kind of reasonable price. They are just trying to scam you.

Hello straddleseatony
You claim to sell Lacoste clothing items (see below):
http://www.fraudwatchers.org/files/ssea1.jpg
And yet we have had confirmation over and over again that Lacoste DO NOT ALLOW their goods to be sold via third party traders on the internet. Can you explain this?
You claim to sell many branded items (Nike, Jordan etc) at a fraction of the normal trade cost - are you saying that these are genuine?
I find it extremely difficult to believe that they would be; in that event, if you actually supply goods to your customers, then they would be "knock-offs" or fakes, in which case you are stealing from the brand name companies. Yes, stealing. As in theft. As in criminal offence. And usually, these counterfeits are seized at customs and the buyer in that county can be held criminally liable.
According to your payments page, you accept payments as follows:
For all orders, full payment is required. We accept three payment channels:
1, Wester Union
West Union is a global leader in money transfer and message services, with a history of pioneering service dating back more than 150 years. West Union continues to help consumers and businesses transfer money or make payments using money orders and other electronic systems. Consumers can quickly and easily transfer money to more than 212,000 West Union Agent locations in over 195 countries worldwide----the largest network of its kind. West Union is a kind of collection, which we often use. It is quite easy and fast.
West Union Info.
2, MoneyGram
MoneyGram has been providing trusted payment and financial services since 1940. The safe, fast way to send and receive money worldwide.
3,Bank of China (T/T WIRE TRANSFER)
The telegraphic transfer is a kind of remittance, by which the remitter hands over some amount of domestic currency of foreign currency, and the remitter must tell the bank the payee’s name and address, then the remitting bank wire the branch bank or paying bank of another country. Bank transfer need about 3days.
As a business, you should know yourself that Western Union and Moneygram both stress to their customers that these methods of payment should ONLY BE USED to send money to relatives or very close friends, and NEVER for a business transaction. By advocating this method, you are denying your "customers" the safety factor of being able to withhold or reverse funds in the event of a dispute. And why are the Bank details payable to a named individual instead of the company name? Is this, as is the normal case, to avoid tax detection?
Let me know if you need more proof and I'm sure we can supply it for you.
On a sidenote: I found this on Alibaba's website:
However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, Alibaba.com cannot and does not confirm each User's purported identity (including, without limitation, TrustPass Members and China Gold Suppliers). We encourage you to use the various tools available on the Site, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.
Having a trustpass/being a gold supplier doesn't sound very convincing to me.

hi,
1.about the our products, they are not authentic.
all our customer know that.we told our customer that they

they would like to order, because the products good quality and low price.
Let me repeat that for the benefit of our members and guests:
STRADDLESEA.COM SELL RIP-OFF FAKES.
2.as to payment,we prefert western union, because its convenient and fast.
when customer send the payment,we send it out within 12 hours.
we send by EMS,delivery takes 5-7 days.
And, as I stated, Western Union IS THE MOST UNSAFE AND INSECURE METHOD OF PAYMENT. Once anyone has made a transfer using Western Union, THERE IS NO COMEBACK - THERE IS NO SAFETY NET - THERE IS NO REFUND. PERIOD. This is why Western Union is the preferred cash transfer method of criminals, fraud/con artists and scammers. Because once the money has been sent, YOU CANNOT GET IT BACK.
The drivel about your tracking numbers is totally meaningless, much as the content of your posts. You are a self-confessed thief and a scammer, and I sincerely hope you end up behind bars for a very long time.
Oh, and you have been banned. We do not appreciate thieves signing up as members of this site.

Thanks for your inciteful post, unregistered. And for confirming the scam.
I've Ordered From Straddlesea before and never had a problem, yes they sell replica, so what.. Atleast they're straight foward and tell you that they're fake..They say nothing of the sort on their website, nor do they say anything of the sort at any stage before they sell these fakes. Straight forward? You think?
If you guys are gonna cry , then go and cry to your mom.. guys just trying to do businessVery good advice: "if you get ripped off by these guys then it's fine because they're only trying to do business". I can see you're a real gem in commercial circles.
I'll repeat the point of this thread, so that the scammer from straddlesea who posted the above drivel can hopefully get the point in the none too distant future.
Ripoffs are copyright infringements and may (and often are) seized at customs of most of the countries in the world. These replicas are then destroyed, and the buyer does not get any money back for them - it is gone. Lost. And "businesses" who sell rip-offs will not come back to you with replacements or refunds (that's if you're lucky enough to get the goods in the first place).
Frazzle

I'll add a bit to what FW Admin said:
A company that is selling 'replicas' is essentially defrauding the design company of their copyright fee. Maybe you think that it's OK to rip off Nike or whoever, but that's irrelevant. They're still stealing Nike's design, and probably using their logo without permission.
The key thing is that you know the company is dishonest.
Now, think about this: If this company is dishonest, why would they not rip you off as well?

No idea who you are directing this to, but if you had read this thread you would know that the company depicted here is nothing more than a scam.
If you are under the impression that PayPal is a safe means of payment please review your attitude. PayPal is NOT safe when dealing with fraudsters. Once you pay and the fraudster removes the funds from their PayPal account there is NOTHING PayPal can do in the event of a fraudulent transaction or complaint. Your own credit card company won't help you either. You should never use PayPal unless you are 100% certain of the legitimacy of the transaction being undertaken, just like WesternUnion or MoneyGram. It is far too easy to get scammed.

Just reading your thread and do not do dealings with this company. I do however do business with other china suppliers and i do use paypal to pay them. My response is to those of you who are defending the products that you are calling fakes, Do you know who makes those products. Answer me a question, do you know where nike has there headquarters building? In China. The items are only clasified as fakes because nike does not allow there products to be sold to third party sellers, so it is not authorized by them. But the products if you have ever ordered is no different than the ones nike sells you at the mall, Yet they had no concern for the american people to make products in china so they are getting it up the rear from the factory who is making there products. I say good for them and i will not feel sorry for them what so ever and will sell as much of there so called fakes as i can. I cant beleive some people who actually support these companies and say all china products are fakes at the same time.

I'm afraid that I find your post highly irresponsible. You are encouraging people to do what is considered illegal, copyright and/or trademark infringement, which could possibly lead to court and a jail sentence.
You have a right to your opinion, but countless posts attest to the cheap knockoffs coming from China and this is countless posts not only here, but all over the web for whoever bothers searching to find.
Before encouraging people as you have, please get your facts straight and state them the same way. That you're willing to risk the trouble involved of selling Nike products without a license is your business, but this kind of statement has no place here. Any of those brand companies will sue and win against any reseller who doesn't have the right to do so.
I hope we won't be seeing other posts like this one here.
