As you've posted here, you probably think it's a scam, and it is.
There are no free lotteries with email addresses picked at random.
And banks and large employers do not use free Hotmail accounts or redirect phone numbers.

Teekesh, just google those phone numbers and you will see that this SCAM is run by CRIMINALS for many years on line! Do not respond to them - you can however report this to abuse@yourinternetprovider including total headings of that e-mail.
