Hello all!!

I just logged as a new member. Recently I've had some bad experiences with scammers from Indonesia, and regret to know about this page so late.
I really hope I can give some help in stopping so many scammers from cheating us; the feeling after being cheated is so disheartening...

Hi cresma and Welcome to Fraudwatchers.

Sorry to hear you have been scammed. There are an increasing number of scams from Indonesia, using fake company names complete with web sites, selling expensive electronics, clothes etc.., It's sometimes difficult to tell the real from the fakes so I hope you will be a regular here so that you can keep up to date, and lend a hand informing others.

Your description of feeling disheartened is common with victims of fraud and you mustn't let it get to you. May I suggest you look over davenerven's posting entitled:
HOW TO HANDLE THE AFTERMATH OF A FRAUD: 12 STEPS TO GETTING YOUR LIFE BACK ON TRACK (http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=936)

And if you have any questions or wish to discuss your situation, you can send a Private Message to any of our support team.

Hey there Cresma and welcome to FraudWatchers!

Indeed, dealing with the aftermath of being scammed can be quite a harrowing experience. But, you are here with us, in a friendly and supportive group - that should help you quite a bit.

Don't be afraid to ask questions or offer your own point of view on the scams. This site only gets better when people like you join and share their own experiences with various scams.

We're glad to have you here! :)

G'Day
Thought I had better drop in and say G'day. My interest in these sort of things, strangely enough coincided with my losing of $7000.00 in China.
Since this has happened I have come across some very well crafted websites,
from those offering all sorts of goodies for next to nothing to full blown websites extolling the virtues of non-existant transport companies that just happen to be used by the person you are dealing with, usually President,CEO and sales manager all rolled up in one.
Strangely, when checking these companies out all the phone numbers, fax numbers and mobile phone numbers bear a striking likeness to each other
and not one of them works, as it seems that whatever exchange they go through is just having "technical difficulties" so you are politely informed in a strange mixture of english, chinese, malaysian and west African.
It also seems that the money you sent by Western Union has somehow become lost in the system and is unable to be collected at the other end by the nice polite barrister from Nigeria who is, out of the goodness of his heart and at great risk to himself and others around him just trying to help you get the $4876,000,000 Usd[FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SIX MILLION USD]whic it appears has been left in some distant relations bank account :P

^^By any chance, do you have the internet-addresses for the websites you've mentioned?
