Read on- it is pretty funny to read this guys responses to my refusal of his "loan" and fees.

non-collateral charge is what is used to secure the loan of $265,000.Do you want
to steal?If you are not comfortable with paying the charge,then provide a
collateral is is worth 10% above $265,000. Then you will not be required to pay

$375,000.I felt it would be cheaper an convinient that was why i gave you the
option of the non-collateral charge.Due to the fact that if you are using a
collateral,you will be required to come down to our office to sign the documents
yourself,but with the non-collateral harge,you have the option of completing the

Would be $265,000.00 + $26,500.00 for a total of $291,500.00. In your prior email YOU stated collateral had to be 10% over loan amount. How exactly did you come up with $375,000.00? That would be about 45% over the loan amount.

Just because I need an emergency loan does not make me mathmatically stupid. As a matter of fact, as an escrow officer/attorney for a title company, I am qualified to prepare my own documents. I do not know how they do things in your country, but here in the states the property that is involved in the transaction IS the collateral.
