Hello! I think I have been scammed. I have found an offer via Internet on gumtree.com Everything was perfect, emails, agreement and so on. The job was to received the payments from my employee's customers and re-send them to an another person. I got 10 % of commission. I have done one operation, and after that realised that it is something wrong and gave them notice, but they said that second transfer is already sent to my account. I said them that I can do it last time, because it was written in our agreement (3 days notice before quiting) Payment has reached my brothers account, because I didn't have mine yet, because I came to England just for summer to earn some money and was planning to come to my country in the middle of September to finish my studies. :( The bank closed my brother's bank account and is waiting for an explanation of the origin of those money. I shame because of that, in addition my brother trusted me! I seriously thought that everything is fine!!!!!!! I do not know what to do now!!!! WE ARE VICTIMS!!!!! Please, tell me what to do!!!! What kind of consequences we will have??!!! We are terrible scared and do not want to have any troubles!!!!

Hello, and welcome to fraudwatchers,
This is a scam!! you do not need to honour any agreement you have made with these crooks so do Not keep on dealing with them! Your agreement with them is worthless.
You must NOT do the second deal!!
Any cheques you receive take to the police with print out copies of all the e-mails you have from them ,
Re your brothers account i would also take all the print outs and go and see the bank manager and explain what has happend .
If you continue to deal with the scammers you are in danger of being arrested for passing forged or stolen cheques!!
Please cease ALL contact with the scammers! you are under no obligation to them at all. do not answer any of their e-mails or phone calls, just keep a record of any e-mails they send you.
If you do all this then you will help yourselves to avoid any further trouble,
Please check back here as i am sure one of our members with more experience in this field will post soon to assist you as well, thank you and i hope this has helped you " Big Al "
