I am Mr. Francis Khaba, Director allocation department from the (Commercial bank accra Ghana ) my office monitors and controls the affairs of all banks and Financial institutions in Ghana concerned with foreign claim payments. After 2008 audit I discovered huge amount of money which belonged to a late customer and there is no next of kin that comes up with any claim since 4 years ago.
However, our banking policy here in Ghana is such that after 5 years of pending funds without claim as the account have been dormant for over 4 years now, the funds will be confiscated and becomes Government Fund as it will be reverted to Government Treasury and Reserve Account.
I know you will be surprise that I contacted you about this transaction, I have the opportunity to write you based on the instructions I received two days ago from the Foreign Debts reconciliation dept to submit the List of payment reports / expenditures and audited reports of revenues paid/unpaid, dormant/active accounts.
The bank have made several attempts to contact any relation of the depositor/customer but all was to no avail because the truth is that we cannot get any next of kin as the depositor is a foreigner/expatriate who worked here in Accra some time ago.
The amount is US$9,200,000 with an accrued interest of US$175,000 before the account went dormant, hence, the total amount involve is US$9,375,000 and if you are interested in this deal let me know at once as the first step will be to nominated a lawyer that will represent you here and appoint you through will testament as the next of kin to the beneficiary and once you are the next of kin with a letter of authority, the rest will be very easy as I will use my position in the bank to transfer the money to any account you nominate.
Be informed that there is absolutely no risk involve in this transaction, we will split the funds 60:40 once it is credited into your account and you will assist me in investing my share in your Country as well.
