RE: YOUR FUNDS RELEASE NOTIFICATION ORDER.
Sir,
We the Presidential Priority Payment Centre (PPPC) with Federal Republic of Nigeria is writing to inform you that we have re-decided that your payment will be release to you by CASH PAYMENT arrangement via a diplomatic means to your door step. This decision was brought forward yesterday the 3rd of May, 2009 after our executive meeting held in Abuja.
You are advised to let us know the nearest Airport close to you, your full name, Residential/office address and telephone number. I will let you know when these consignments will be lifted, and Note: The diplomat does not know the original contents of the boxes. What we will declare to them as the contents is Sensitive Photographic Film Materials.
We did not declare money to them please. If they call you and ask you the contents please tell them the same thing ok.
The Diplomat will be coming over with two diplomatic Boxes that contain your funds in a diplomatic immunity ok
The Diplomat attached will travel with this required information's for the delivery of your fund. He will call you on his arrival to your country's airport.
