Freelotto is not a terribly reliable company in my opinion.
They may technically be legal, but I, personally, would call them quite unethical.
For starters, I can personally attest that they spam you. I somehow got on their list and though I unsubscribed repeatedly, they continued to send me emails. Many thinly disguised as "you won" notices. Even though I didn't play, period. For free or as a paid subscriber.
Second, notice how carefully worded the email is? That's to avoid outright lying to you.
your name appears on the list 3 times.
Which "list"? Notice this doesn't say you are on a winners list.
PCC, a division of PNI, has awarded over seventy-five million in US dollars to hundreds of thousands of fortunate recipients in 41 countries.
Could be true, but notice they haven't actually stated the size of your supposed prize or said you actually won anything? They simply imply it might be big.
PNI, a sponsor of online sweepstakes, gives away awards of amounts up to ten million US dollars daily.
Awards "up to" could also mean "much, much less than" .
Our affordable F.A.S.T. service provides you the convenience of
automatic FreeLotto play.
This is a pitch for their pay to play service. Which many, many people have had problems with. Seems the site kept billing them even after they cancelled their membership.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0&submit2=Search%21&q5=freelotto&Search=Search
There are also complaints that freelotto has sent out advance fee scams on behalf of "advertising partners".
http://www.lottalottos.com/forums/post.asp?method=ReplyQuote&REPLY_ID=2130&TOPIC_ID=538&FORUM_ID=4
If you haven't played the online lottery at Freelotto, you definitely could not have won, and I would consider it spam and delete it. If you have played and they attempt to convince you to order merchandise, or imply you must order something or pay a fee in order to claim a prize, or push you into enrolling in F.A.S.T, that's a huge red flag.
Pay special attention to this paragraph.
Upon submission of a winning entry in accordance with the rules of FreeLotto, it assures you that using the convenient F.A.S.T. service, <name removed> and only <name removed> will be paid $1 Million dollars in the Classic FreeLotto Game or any other cash that you shall be entitled to.
In other words, "If you are enrolled in our paid subscription service, and you manage to win the Classic FreeLotto Game (and we're not saying that you have), then you would be paid $1 Million dollars. If you win. And that's a very big if. In the slightly more likely event that you win another drawing, you'll be paid what you win. Which might be a dollar. If you win. And that's still a very large if. We still haven't actually said that you have won anything. We would like your credit card information so we can bill you monthly for our F.A.S.T. service."
This is a very deceptively worded email. I would recommend deleting it.

As I stated above, I would personally term Freelotto's spam mails "fraud". You haven't actually won anything, they're just trying to get you to sign up for their subscription service, pay a monthly fee of approximately $10 to participate in a sweepstakes with incredibly high odds against actually winning anything, for prizes that generally run in the neighborhood of $1 or $5. And once you sign up, you can expect to receive 60 ads per day from their "marketing partners".
If you read the text carefully, you'll notice they never say you've won anything. Just that IF you participated, and IF you picked the right numbers, you would win money. That is a gigantic IF.

If you're one of the rare players who managed to score a prize greater than $1 or $5, then congratulations. However, there are a few statements in your post that seem contradictory. Maybe you could elaborate.
I'm curious as to why Freelotto would be sending you ten straight days worth of mail indicating you won if you are already a F.A.S.T. subscriber. And why would they be asking you, again, to pay $9.99 if you are already subscribed? How did you subscribe in the first place if you don't have an international credit card or visa?
Their own site describes the service as being completely automatic.
http://www.freelotto.com/LottoPicker/subscribe_faq.asp
This page states:
When you win, we even automatically process a prize claim for you, ensuring that you receive your prize.
Automatic play and automatic prize processing allows you to sit back and relax- we do all the work.
The claim process you're describing also doesn't seem to match what their own site describes.
Automatic game entries and automatic prize payment processing are two of the main features for our FreeLotto FAST subscription service. Because you are a FAST player it is not necessary to forward a win claim to us. FAST players are automatically sent their $1 and $5 wins within 60-90 days of the win date.
All Grand Prize winners and Second Prize Winners are notified by U.S. Postal mail.Prize Claim Documents need to be completed, notarized, and returned to PlasmaNet.
I would think a winner offered that kind of money for publicity must have won a substantial prize. If you're indeed the winner of a large prize, why were you not notified by postal mail?

I'm really starting to run out of ways to phrase this, but as I've stated multiple times in this thread and several others on the forum, you have not won anything. Freelotto is, to borrow your word, essentially a fraud.
Also, to any future posters in this thread, please read the posts that are already in this thread before posting. If you do, I believe you will find that your question has already been answered. Also, please do not post your personal phone number and email addresses in your post. I don't believe this site helps with such things (TSN or confirmation numbers).
This site mainly helps people find out if a site/offer/sale is fraudulent or not, it also teaches the public about scammers and offers them advice...
If you go back to the start of this topic, it might be worthwhile to read through it, and see what it has to say about 'free-lotto'.

As we've said above, this is not actually a winning notice. It's a marketing tool. A spam, and advertisement, a commercial for a pay service. Freelotto has sent these same emails out to hundreds of thousands of other people, and filled in their names on the "winner's list", too.
I also notice that the person who claimed to have won has not come back to say they actually RECEIVED the prize.

No, it is not true. You should NEVER be asked by a legitimate lottery to pay anything before you get your prize. Why? Becasue it's ILLEGAL for them to ask you to pay anything to claim a prize. Period. Not in bank charges, courier charges, insurance, or taxes.
Let me repeat. Any lottery that asks you for money, other than for the purchase of your ticket, is a scam. The only time you should ever pay money for a lottery is when you hand the ticket seller your money and they hand you back a ticket which MAY OR MAY NOT WIN.

hello everyone,
As far from the last month I have started getting the mails from Freeloto that Ihave already earned $10,000,000 and along with that I have other pending amounts too.
Not only this once I have also got enrolled to their FAST service but i coould not get a single penny .
I am still getting the mails from them and they are extending their date for me to respond. But since as I have already wasted my $10 I am not in a mood to again invest..
Is that true and should i invest...the last date is 11 th March...
Regards,
As I've said repeatedly, time and time again, in this very thread, in my personal opinion, Freelotto is a giant waste of money. You may have difficulty cancelling the FAST service if you signed up.
You have not won anything. You have received the same piece of advertising spam mail that thousands of other people have received.

You have won nothing. If you are talking about an email from FREELOTTO.COM such as those posted in this thread then you need really need to look at the small print.
If you have recieved an unsolicited email 'pretending' to be Freelotto (very common) then it's a fake lottery.
Either way, you have not won anything.

invisiblerain - have you read any of the posts on this thread before you made yours? Or did you think that your offer (even though identical) was somehow different to the thousands of others that have been published?
Read them - they will answer your questions (and should have done before you wasted your time posting your enquiry).
