Hace meses, hacia compras, y la verdad, es que recibia los articulos o productos, muchos fallaban, pero por lo menos, llegaban.
Pero he hecho un pedido hace unos dias, bastante grande, y ya no recibo ninguna contestacion de nadie.
Si abro un cuenta de messenger nueva, haciendo pasar por alquien nuevo que quiere hacer un nuevo pedido, siempre me contestan, pero cuando pregunto por mi pedido, que ya esta pagado hace dias nadie me contesta.
Logicamente, estoy muy muy preocupado.

For months, to shopping, and the truth is I received the goods or products, many fail, but at least arrived.
But I have asked for a few days ago, a big one, and no longer receive any reply from anyone.
If I open a new account messenger, by passing by someone new who wants to make a new order, I always answer, but when I ask for my order, that is already paid days ago nobody answered me.
Logically, I am very very concerned, because that is not happening.
I have launched legal action, I would like to know if someone else has bought recently, and it has happened or is happening as well.
