A new twist to the Cameroon Animal Export scam (http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?p=9017). An outfit calling themselves the Juppa Crime Department J.C.D., using address JCrimeDept@inmail24.com and phone number 237 976 92 09 or 0112379769209 (a Cameroon mobile) have posted on some pet animal classifieds web sites claiming that if you have been a victim of the Cameroon export scammers, they can recover your money.
This is the common Recovery scam where scammers, most often the very same that have scammed you in the first place, will pretend to be some sort of organization, or authority such as judicial, political or law enforcement and claim that they can get your money back and get the criminal arrested. You are usually referred to a Barrister who will charge for various fees for documents or other reasons. You are then simply being re-scammed with the 419 advance fee fraud.
A victim has forwarded correspondences he had with Juppa Crime Department J.C.D. = JCrimeDept@inmail24.com = tel. 0112379769209
They claim that with an email address of the scammer, they can trace him through Cameroon Internet service provider, Camtel.
They also stated to the victim in an email from i.p.195.24.214.90 Cameroon =CAMTEL)
"J.C.D is an organization founded and sponsored by the Cameroon Based Breeders Association otherwise known as the C.B.B.A to help stamp out fraud "
Another email the victim sent us (from i.p. 196.207.1.166 lagos)
reads:
From: JCrimeDept@inMail24.com
This is to inform you that we finally apprehended the criminal early this morning.He is currently under detention.We have already filed an unofficial complaint in your name.Because you are neither a Cameroonian citizen nor resident,your case will have to go through your country's embassy here for official certification else your case will never get a hearing in court.
For this the following will be required from you;
Your full names as they appear on your ID card
Your current residential address
$207 for attorney hiring and document processing(includes fiscals stamps to be used for document certification).
As soon as we have all these papers compiled your case will be forwarded to the DA for immediate hearing and you should be having your refund plus damages within the week that follows.

Cameroon Animal Breeders Association are two posts, both recognized by terrificpets.com as scams:

I think that terrificpets.com should be complimented for their solid effort at stamping out scamming in the pet industry.
To summarize. You have this so-called scam fighter
Juppa Crime Department J.C.D. whose phone number is used to post under the name EdenScape Nursery for bamboo supplies, and another posting for rabbits for sale, next to an add for Capuchin that we know to be a scam. Plus Cameroon Juppa Crime Dept's email has a Lagos Nigeria originating i.p. and so does their Cameroon Barrister Epie Fulem who is asking for advance fees. All the elements of a classic 419 fraud.
New names, addresses and phone numbers surface continually so keep in mind that those mentioned are only a partial list.
