This is a common type of 419 scam, you can find hundreds of similar emails to the one you received here:
http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=119
Any documents they send you will be fake.

mail@barclaysfund.co.uk
This is a domain set up by the scammer and does not belong to the real Barclays bank. The real Barclays has a website here: www.barclays.co.uk, and email from them would come from @barclays.co.uk or possibly @barclays.com

The domain registration says "NatWest" which is a different bank and says it was registered to an individual:

These are UK mobile numbers, real banks don't use mobile numbers to communicate with customers.
