FRAUD H1B VISA - OPTIMA RESOURCES and RELIABLE ASSOCIATES - get your money back - they are in big trouble.

Dear Friends,

Dont ever get into any deal with regard to H1B, Optima resources/ Reliable associates are big fraud, first they will say that you qualify for the position available in USA.Thereafter they will ask you to send 4400$ to their bank of america account and then they will file your H1B petition if by luck you get selected in lottery you are totally trapped...they will harash you. they never do any written communication, they will ask you to wait for long and after a wait of +1year even if you reach USA they will start exploiting you in terms of money, nobody will come to receive you at airport, they dont have any client base what they share with you on phone. some how you reach there office they will made you to work with a company where you will remain under paid moreover they diduct big amount from your salary every month, they dont even give you pay slips. they will make your life miserable. they are big FRAUD company of USA And if you dont get selected in H1B lottery they will refuse you to refund your money which you have invested.

This all had happened with me and my other three friends. we all met on a blog. we are group of four who suffered a lot. We able to gather 29 similar cases (with proof of fraud) reported by people against this company. if you want to join us preapare your complete FILE OF EMAILS / DOCUMENTS as proof / Any recorded telephonic conversation and sent it us. join us... lets fight against fraud. get your money back from theses people. pls contact us : *Removed by the moderator

RO19, we ask that users not post duplicate messages. You posted 9 copies of the same message, which only gives the support staff extra work to clean up. This is considered spam and can get you banned.

Do not post duplicates again.

Also do not post your email address publicly. We prefer users communicate via private messaging.

Who is "we"?

if you want to join us preapare your complete FILE OF EMAILS / DOCUMENTS as proof / Any recorded telephonic conversation and sent it us.

I advise against it. Victims should never hand over such details to an anonymous individual based on such a flimsy request. There has been instances where the person behind such a request was in fact the scammer.

If you are a victim and have evidence, you should contact your local police, and/or the district attorney of New Jersey: http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/nj/contact/index.html

Akshay is not a MBA from University in India. He has forged documents and submitted fake marksheet and degree to USCIS. Want proof go to Chaudhary Charan Singh University or CCU University in India. File for Right of Information act with Vice Chancellors office and demand if Akshay Sadana has got an MBA from there anytime between 1995 - 2001.
You will get an answer NO. He was enrolled to the university and his study center was IMT in Gaziabad. He dropped out because he failed in all semesters. then he made false marksheets and degree and got his visa to USA. get the proof and file a complaint with CBI india with all this documentation and submit this to American Consulate in Delhi.

Take care,

Dear Friends,

I was trying to believe that, what ever I am reading about Optima Resources in this forum would not be true. Because it was tough to digest that I have been cheated for 4000 USD(Which I borrowed for a heavy interest). Now I am convinced that I am also a victim of this big fraud and I have a big story to tell from my past two years of experience with Optima. I have all the details including recorded conversations with Raj, Mike, etc. They put me in such a difficult situation that I don't have much options left. I am ready to go any extend to bring this to the notice of concerned authorities. I am looking forward to this forum for getting some guidence on how to proceed.

Thank you so much
mjose

You should file a complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau. It may or may not work however since Optima is no longer a member of the BBB.

The link to file a complaint against Optima Resources with the NJ BBB is:

You can file a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General by going to http://www.nj.gov/oag/ca/ocp/ocpform2.htm
and the BBB complaint here https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/getstarted.aspx

But to be honest, the chances of you getting your money back are rather slim. Even if the AG brought a class action suit and won, that would take a very long time (probably years) and you could receive less than you lost.
