That looks to either be a very bad spam, or perhaps an attempt to get you to "order" and get your credit card information. Or even to get you to wire money for merchandise that is never delivered.

In any case, I think you can safely ignore it.

You can always send an email as if it is a scam to see what happens from there. If a decent response returns and you think its legit then either forget it or reply accordingly. If you are still unsure post it someone will know more.

Headers to emails are always nice to see as the cleverer people here can direct you better.

ONLY if you think this might be a real & useful deal (i.e. you're already in the Diesel injector business), check it out further.

Ask for their web site... for a real company, a few hundred dollars to set up a web site is peanuts. For a scammer, it's a big deal, because typically the fake site gets shut down within a few weeks.
