Dear Friends,
I have been just (you know what) by a chinese scammer :(
I never got my item after the payment because they told me that my package(motorcycle) is hold by customs and they want 75% of the amount of the item, then they can send it to me straight away, however if the package is in customs too long there will be other fees, they also told me that they cant get the item back from customs which doesnt exist i supose:lol:. I know that all these are lies and i just can't believe that i was too lazy to find something about chinese scammers before i purchased from them. Basically what im asking you friends, is advice how i can recover my money back. I know chinese people, would they could go to police in beijing and report what happened? should i find chinese lawyer and you know go to judge against that company? I mean all these will be difficult for me and i wont be going to china at all. hmm there is lots of long descriptions about the subject, however i cant follow it. Could anyone tell me simply step by step what can i do not leaving my country to recive my money back?

my hole purchase was costing 1280eur, now they want me to pay 75% customs tax which is 960eur companys website is www.trade218.com.
I will be very deligthed for your comments. thank you:)

Sorry, there is no easy way to recover money from such scammers.

You said you know someone in China? Ask him to send a letter in Chinese to the scammers detailing your case and threatening legal action.

You can of course try to find a Chinese lawyer but that will cost you more than you lost.

It has been known to happen with Chinese crooks. How likely it is to work depends on how well they think they have hidden their real identities, and how well you can convince them you are serious. But unless you can have someone in China write it in Chinese and send it, I suspect they would quickly dismiss it as the bluff it is.
