I chatted with him yesterday and asked for my mobile no. And we already talked on my cellphone. At first we talked about having business here together. Then today he sent me an email that needs to be replied asap. He called me coz I haven't replied for hours. I told him I have no bank account and have no passport. He said he will send me money via Western Union to open a bank account and will call me back. Here is the email he sent me.

There is this fund in my bank that has been there for the pass 11years, valued $850,000 USD, the owner of this fund died along time ago, and is name is:Mr Dredo Fraklin he is a foreigner who deals on gold from africa to other foreign countries, since his dead no one as operated on this account again, and there is no next of kin to this fund, and our next audition is comming up in the next 2weeks, and if i do not remit this fund out of the system it meant end up in the government treasury in the next comming audition as an abandon fund, now the Question is: who is the government? this are human being like you and i, Darling this fund cannot be transfer to an africa person account because the money is in US Dollars it can only be aprove to any foreigner account that why i want you to recieve this fund so that soon as you recieve it i am going to come over to your country then we can invest this fund together
