My English is not that much good, Please excuse me. My intention for this blog is to stop the folks from getting fished by this year 2009/2010 H1B quota.

They are the Number One Frauds from India, perfectly doing human trafficking and slave business/sales in USA.
You may read a lot from other postings about their way of contacts and fishing so that I am explaining the second stage. My co-brother paid $4500+ to them and now begging the streets of New York without job or without food. He is in USA since May 2008 onwards, without any pay, or accommodation, or Medical Insurance or any other financial assistance. The reason is till now they are unable to sell him for higher price to other consultants. Once you landed in US they talk nicely and receive a leave letter from you without date. They forcefully get a leave letter without dates at the date of your landing here. Now your agony starts. That’s all, now your are technically on leave so that you can’t do anything legally against them, but you have to work without salary like a slave under them. Unless any other consultants take care of you, you need to beg for food and accommodation in the New Jersey streets.
They wont process your Visa with there own name. They provide the visa with some other company’s name like Apex Global Consulting LLC, or IBS etc. Since you don’t have any contact with those companies they will play safe. So that without provide food, accommodation, Medicine or job assistance they will escape.
They usually try to sell the consultants, to other consultants with higher price like slavery to slavery. For that they never permit there consultants to join in any company unless the sale is over. As per the agreement you should be under them for 18 -24 months based on the amount you paid. They collect your Passport SSN Number and Driving License and keeping it under there custody by saying that we are processing your Green card, So you may not come out from there custody unless getting things done.
They force the new consultants to attend fake interviews which are also done by there own guys. Without knowing the truth the new consultants attend the interviews and endless wait for the interview result.
We heard that currently 32 of there consultants are on sale now. Anyone can buy them. No matter, they will charge $3000 -5000 per each consultant. That’s all. For that itself he has to wait a minimum of 6-10 Months.
The real owner of these companies is an attorney and he well known the loop holes in the US government Labor laws. Also he has some good contacts in the low enforcement agencies too. So you can’t go to police, Labor Deportment or escape from there trap. Because your Visa is some others name, so that the US Government law itself nothing to do with them.

They are only 5 Guys and they contact you with different names like Rohit, Malhotra, Sachin Patel, Sumit Patil, Kanika, Pratik (Resource Head), Mike, Raj, Bob and Richa. All are fake names and there is no person with these names. The real person name is Austin Fernandez, He is doing all these crapes.
So if you receive any mails from this company please inform it to the Frade watch or neglect it, please don’t pay anything amount to this Number One Frauds and fall on deep trouble.
