NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT REFUND OF FUNDS ON INTERNET FRAUD VICTIMS
Having gone through the statistics of fraud on the net; the federal government of Nigeria under the auspices of Sen. Johnson Ukabi has set up a committee to look into the victims affected with the hope of refunding them. In lieu of the pains, the federal government has set aside $100,000,000 USD as a start for the compensation fund.
This decision is an outcome of a joint meeting held between the Nigeria, United States, and it's Asian states diplomats on Internet fraud control.
This program is meant to run for ten years and the interval review for this exercise would be every two years. The review would be done by a joint session of diplomats from the three regions delegated to handle this commission. This commission will be working in hand with two firms in Amsterdam that has been delegated to handle both the judiciary and financial aspect of this program. This would be a law firm and a security company. And these firms in return, will work with an annexe law firm in Nigeria Whose sole responsibility is to ascertain the facts of fraud to any affected victim before passing the order to the legal and Security Company to issue payment and legal papers backing their claims.
For security reasons, we have decided to withhold the names of both firms. If you are by any way amongst the victims been talked about here, please do make contact to us via the email address thus, and we would forward your complain to the appropriate commission board. Please note that you will be required to provide proofs on the act against you to the commission. As a five man board has been delegated namely, two professional in legal matters from the Nigerian side, two diplomats one each from the American high commission, and a diplomat from an Asian country. And the commission is in turn headed by Sen. Johnson Ukabi whose legal firm has been endorsed by the Nigerian government to run this commission.
