They will reply to every advertisment and cut and paste the product into their template.

If you are selling your "Handmade Miyazawa Silver Flute" for $1000 you will receive a fake check or money order for $5000 with the instruction to send the remaining $4000 to another person.

Although the check might be "honoured" 7 to 10 days ,and you will have access to the money,It will not be "cleared" until it is physically sent back to the issuing bank.This can take up to 6 months.
This means that 6 months after you have cashed the check and sent the balance you are left with a debt of $4000and a "Handmade Miyazawa Silver Flute"
