My bosses wife has fallen for this a month or more ago. I asked the husband to tell her it is a scam but here it is a month later and she is still working with these scammers.

She just won't believe that these people are scamming her.

This has a number of classic angles used in Advance Fee Fraud introduction spam messages.

"This mail is strictly confidential and is for your attention only."

And yet, the name of the recipient is never mentionned. That would be too much work since they send these by the thousands.

"I got your e-mail address through my search for a reliable person/company in your country."

Classic vague line, as bad as it is.

Letter received from someone unknown offering the chance at a fortune for accepting to do very little. Until the FEES start showing up when you are sent to a Barrister or Security company.
Classic 419 scam.

I'm sorry the lady in question is not recognizing it as a scam. Perhaps if you could point her to this site to ask questions, we could convince her. It could be done totally anonymously through the Contact form if she wishes.

Here is another one yet and with a new name. Also, this guy seems to use virgilio.it addresses a lot. Of course, Virgilio is a free webmail like yahoo therefore totaly anonymous.
The more the merrier. Might help convince her.
