Nous avisons à propos d'une fraude visant les entreprises voulant exporter au Bénin. Une compagnie utilisant le nom Realmark Investment Ltd. placent des annonces sur des sites commercial/affaire demandant des exportateurs de produits alimentaires variés, et aussi des ordinateurs et pièces.

Ceci est une "Advance Fee Fraud" ou Fraude de Paiment d'Avance généralement connue sous le nom 419 Scam. Les correspondances subséquentes avec ces gens révéleront des demandes de paiement pour divers documents d'enregistrement à une agence gouvernementale béninoise fictive du nom de BAFDAC.

*EDIT:Ils utilisent maintenant une nouvelle organisation bidon du nom de

Cet acronyme "BAFDAC" quelque fois représente BENIN FOOD, DRUG AND COSMETIC CONTROL, and d'autre fois BENIN ADMINISTRATIVE FOOD AND DRUGS AGENCY CONTROL.

Il n'y a pas de ministère portant ce nom dans le gouvernement Béninois. La sécurité alimentaire est réglementé par le Ministère de l'Agriculture (MAEP) Voici leurs coordonnées:

Le Nigéria a un National Agency for Food Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) www.nafdacnigeria.org qui inspecte certains produits exportés par le Nigéria au Bénin mail ils n'aurait aucune autorité sur les produits exportés d'autre pays.

Ils vous réfèrent à un site : http://www.bafdac.such.info/ qui est un faux site se servant d'un service de redirection. Le site est en fait sur le serveur: http://www.freewebs.com/bafet/ Nous avons contacté Freewebs avec la demande qu'il soit fermé. *Edit. Ce site est maintenant fermé.

Dans le passé, ils se sont aussi servis de http://www.bafdac-benin.ne1.net/ qui redirecte à http://hstrial-bbenin1.homestead.com. Ce site à été fermé par Homestead.com, le service de redirection sur ne1.net est toutefois toujours actif ce qui veut dire que le site pourrait réapparaître en tout moment sur un autre serveur.

D'après le site de Joe Wein, ce dernier numéro connecte ces escrocs à un autre nom de compagnie dont ils se sont servis à l'automne 2005 pour une fraude semblable.

Pour répondre a votre question, le BFDA est une fabrication totale. Elle n'existe que pour le besoin de cette arnaque.
