No idea, at least they do not claim to sell any famous brands. You would probably need professional due diligence for that one, read this (http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9729).

I am not sure if you are asking if the company is a fraud or running a scam. They are a genuine company and manufacture a lot of product both for the domestic Chinese market and for export. I have never used this company but I do know and correspond with one of the owners of the company from time to time.

It is true that they do make a lot of copy products but they claim that they are careful not to make fakes. They say that they go out of their way to make the products different while certainly looking similar to mainstream products.

One problem with many Asian factories is that they will do a lot of costly development work to get a new customer but once the work is done the customer will take the finished product and then get quotes from 10 other factories who do not have the high overhead of having to do the development work. This leaves the original factory with a lot of expenses and no sales.

It is quite normal for a factory placed in this position by unethical customers to attempt to sell "similar" products as a way to recover their product development investment.

This kind of situation creates a lot of almost "fake" products. But what would you do in the same situation.

As far as I know Jiaxingwear is a good company and I believe that they are good people.
