While not a classic scam, exactly, it's nothing but a clever marketing ruse with lots of legal mumbo-jumbo to try to convince you to subscribe to a pay-for-play service. It's like postal mail you may receive that says "You may have already won!" on the envelope. What they really mean is "You haven't won anything, but maybe we can sell you something while we keep that hope alive..." instead.

Odds of winning anything substantial from Freelotto are extremely, extremely small. Your own national lottery or state lottery has MUCH better odds.
