I down`t Know about this site that
What shall I do get prize?
Is this Massage true ?
And other question ...
Please Let me Know if this is true , What Shall I do?

Every single one of those statements is conditional. Not a single thing is guaranteed. These statements, while true, don't mean you have won anything.
This is like me saying "Provided you pick the correct numbers and purchase a ticket with them on the week they are drawn, then claim your lottery win properly, you are guaranteed to win millions in the Powerball drawing." True, but very conditional. Millions to one odds sort of conditional.
