Ok, that's super but what does it actually mean in realistic terms? Let's look at what the BBB have to say on this question:-

What is a BBB Accredited Business?

If a business has been accredited by BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.

BBB accreditation does not mean that the business’ products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by BBB, or that BBB has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services.

Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.

Now let's look at the keynotes of this to hammer home the very important bits.

the BBB does not endorse any product, service or company

Ok. So now that Optima are accredited with the BBB they now have an obligation to respond to customer complaints. Let's say that EVERYONE asks that the request for PAYMENT for your H1B is put IN WRITING. If they then refuse you have recourse to make a complaint.

If Optima wish to appear to be legitimate, then they must comply with this most basic of requests, and I personally challenge them to act accordingly.

So, to all the Indian doubters and confused parties your task is a very simple one.

ASK OPTIMA TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTED REQUESTS FOR FEES PAYABLE -- IF THEY REFUSE, MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

Gotchya! :thumbup1:
