The company do exist, very genuine they are too. This is a typical case of corporate id theft which sees the scammer taking on the persona of a legitimate company.

The email never came from the company itself, the 'FROM' address is easily spoofed these days. Note that the responding address is LIVE.COM a free webmail account and the telephone numbers are UK redirection/follow me numbers ( +44 70* ).

JaskielB, did you actually read the posts above? Not only are they 2 years old, it was clearly explained to be a fraudulent email.
