We are a wholesaler website in Vietnam. We want to by some products from this company and they accept to pay via PAYPAL. But they always give me the new paypal member for transaction.
Could somebody help me to verified this company information:

Registered companies in the UK can be looked up at "Companies House", just make an internet search for it.

The company name and address both check out with the Registrar of Companies in the UK; however, this seems to be a certain case of corporate identity theft. The telephone numbers given are "follow-me" redirection services, and do not match up to the phone numbers given for the real company (which has been around since 2000).

ELECTRONIC PRODUCT SUPPLIES has a website (http://www.electronicproductsupplies.co.uk/) but to be honest this does not look particularly conclusive. Additionally, if this website actually belongs to the company, it is in breach of the new regulations that state the website must clearly show the full name, trading address and company registration number as well as a contact telephone number for walk-in trade.

The details of products on the website do not match up in any way with those that are being advertized elsewhere; basically, it is as though it were two different entities.

I would suggest you contact Companies House and order a company report on this business as part of your due diligence, if you are considering entering a business relationship. I would certainly suggest that the details you have, with the +44 704xx numbers and the contact name of "Brown Scott" is fake, and very likely a scam.
