ITS urgent

My friend got the mail from BMW AUTOMOBILE INT. AWARENESS PROMOTION.
Stating he won BMW CAR and 750,000 GBP.

I WANT TO ASK WHETHER BMW autually have such kind of programs of offering prizes. If yes whom to consult and confirm that this is authentic Authority to consult. Its urgent because my friend is about to pay charges ,but i somehow kept him halted.

Please tell your friend that it is definitely a scam; BMW have never been involved with lotteries and winners of any lottery are never ever notified by email. If he sends any money, it will be to criminals who will keep asking for more, and it will be lost forever.
