H1B from Intellisoft tech

I want to know about a company called Intellisoft technology. Does anybody have an idea about this company?

They are into consulting business. After the initial round of talks and interviews, they offered me a package of 50K USD.

They are asking for a bank guarantee of Rs. 1,25,000 for processing H1B.
I am confused by this clause. Please suggest me should I go for it.

Krish any company that claim to process a H1B visa is lying - only the US government can do that through their embassies and they have not given any aurothity for, or sanctioned any third party to do this on their behalf as many have claimed.
