Scam. No legitimate business person in their right mind would email a total stranger, or better yet, a massive list of strangers, and propose a multi-million dollar deal from a free, anonymous email address. The money doesn't exist, just a scammer who plans on charging a few "fees" to get at the millions.

People don't trust you with millions because you can provide a phone number, fax, name and address. Not to mention, the fact that this would be money laundering (despite the protests from the scammer) should raise some giant red flags.
