Sadly, my company lists the UK National Lottery as an "inappropriate site", but two things to note:
If you haven't entered a lottery, you're not going to win it.
Very doubtful (I've never heard of it) that you would be notified by email if you won a lottery.
The lottery wouldn't have a yahoo contact address.
I would say hands down it's a scam and that you'll be expected to pay processing fees before you could get your winnings.

Indeed it is a scam - if you do a Web Search for "your" alleged ticket number, there are over 1,000 results, each evidence of it being a scam - it would be very unusual (and frightening) that there are over 1,000 identical ticket numbers. For your information, the Google search link is here:

Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions or queries that you may have.

You will find the exact same text, except for different phone numbers and a different fake name on this page (about 2/3 down the page), posted last October.

http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=6417

The text looks like it was "recycled" from an older Nigerian scam, the "unpaid contractor" scam.

Hello mike and welcome to FraudWatchers. As Ed says, even though you have given them your details, they will not be able to do anything with them so I would suggest your best course of action is simply to ignore all further communication with them. If you receive any other doubtful emails, please do not hesitate to avail yourself of the resources here at FraudWatchers.
