I'm also very sorry to say that the puppy you think you bought never existed, except in the mind of the criminal who stole your money. :(

It's very important for you to cease all contact with them now. Do NOT answer their emails, phone calls or sms and do not let them intimidate you into answering them. If you feel threatened at any point, speak to your father and let him call the police to file a report. Otherwise, the scam may be reported directly to the cybercrime division of the FBI online;

She responded to an advert on Friday ads for a pug

She asked the lady why the puppies were FREE for ADOPTION and was told that her daughter had died and left a pregnant pug behind and so the puppies needed good loving homes.

We also were almost scammed by this same group. Fortunately I told my daughter I wanted to research them before she sent any money. Just some things they said didn't add up for me. Thank God you all posted your experiences and we were able to stop the process before money was exchanged. They wrote almost the exact same things in other posts here and gave my daughter a sob story about the wife dying and he just doesn't have time to care for the puppies. The "shipper" called numerous times to pressure my daughter in to making her payment right away so they could ship the puppy - I got on the phone after the 3rd call and told them point blank we would not be sending them any money and to remove my daughters info from all their records asap. Of course, they wanted to know why we changed our minds so I told them straight up that my research shows they are a bunch of scammers - he hung up pretty quickly after that :) I am re-posting my experience in the hopes that it saves someone else the money and the heartache of a loved one seriously wanting a puppy!!

i was about to buy a yorkie from viriginia, theres was a female in the picture with the puppy. Suddenly, a man with a squeeky voice calls me and tells me its cheaper if he ships from cameroon. Cameroon is somewhere in Africa I think. As soon as i told him to go **** himself, he texted me with another phone number and its been "10 different" people since. At the point of paying, its always the same "guy". his text number is always "92466550?", the only difference is the last digit. he called me and when i returned call, he had his phone disconected. Today, he said i just pay 50 and then the rest when puppy come. 50 dollar is alot to pay for puppy. I tell him no thanks and he email me with other account. Watch out for him, he makes his own "airport" websites and i laughed at him, but i assure you, many people will fall for it. Consider yourselves warned.

i posted before here and i continued to try to buy puppies cheaply online... Anyway i sent the 50 dollars just in case it could have been true and it wasnt... im not too upset because i found a local puppy that i already picked up and i got him for $200 so i bought two. They were teacup chihuahuas and the whole litter was teacup also, meaning that they are not unhealthy and they don't have a disease that prevents them from growing, they are simply tiny and soooo adorable!!! i recommend you all just wait for an opportunity like this one in which you can personally go see the puppies and make sure they are from healthy parents. The lady even helped me put on their shots and she gave me some food. i went to the veterinarian and after their shots, he said they were very healthy. I wish you guys the best.

Was looking for a pit bull puppy for my daughter. I found her ad on hoobly.com. Her ad says she's in New York. But after contacting her, she told me she was in Washington DC. she says that the puppy is 11 weeks old and belonged to her daughter, JENNER. daughter died in a car accident two weeks ago coming home from piano lessons. She cannot bear to see the dog and not think of her daughter. So she is looking for a good home for the puppy. Kept asking for my name and proper address. I've never come in contact with nasty disgusting scum like this in my life!!! She said she does not want any money for the puppy just to know that she "JOJO" is going to a good home. All we have to do is wait for the shipping company to contact us after she drops off the puppy. And they will let me know how to pay for the puppy's shipping costs.

Anyway. International Shipping Company contacted me bright and early Friday morning asking to wire the money via western union. My husband said the guy hardly knows english. Are u sure this is legit? I said to him that they can't just keep the puppy. I'm sure the lady did her research before leaving the puppy with them. Of course, i'm still stupidly thinking the puppy exists. When i sent the money, they replied to me with "flight info" the flight was taking 14 hours to get from DC TO NEW YORK!!!! So i did some research. I checked ANIMAL-AIR who they said the puppy is being shipped with. The airline has a section telling people to be careful of scams in which people are sending puppies and charging $200 just to ship!

So i called western union ASAP and cancelled the transaction. Around 9:30 when the puppy was supposed to "arrive" i get another email from the shipping company that they need more money because the dog's license is invalid and cannot cross Maryland. It took 14 hours to get past one state in a plane???? So my husband picked up the phone when they called to tell us they need more money. The number that calls is 66-866-250-172.

Whitneytamia@yahoo.com and lampidoray@yahoo.com. i find that alot of "yahoo" users tend to be scammers. they sent me almost identical emails saying the same stuff, and the "puppy delivery" website was from cameroon and obviously bootleg. Hello everyone, I am very sad to say that I fell for a puppy scam. At the time I had no idea that they even existed. How ignorant can I be?
I came across this website http://bankspugpuppies.webs.com/ and "Kelly" and I started emailing for several days about her 4 pug puppies and when she said that she would give up a free adoption as long as I pay the shipping fee I thought it was great. We continued to talk and she seemed so heart felt about how she was going to miss her dear babies. I had chosen my puppy and she referred to him by name the rest of the time we spoke. She had told me that she was taking him to a delivery company the next day after I had expressed my concern of sketchy transactions. She made it seem reliable by saying that I was going to be paying only the delivery company. I was coaxed into sending $350 by Western Union, thats a great deal of cash. I am kicking myself now and after not being instantly contacted with details of my puppies arrival I realized something was wrong. After googling and doing extensive research too late I see that I was scammed. I am hurting for money now because I am only a college student making minimum wage. I just would hate to see this happen to someone else like me. =/

Do you have a vet around your location? there are three my personal vet that my parents and i used for my old dogs when i lived with them is the Douglas County VCA they are phenomenal in all areas in my eyes. What will be your reaction if in case they destroy some thing worth 100$? puppys are puppys i can understand it the best way to deal with this situation is to train the dog how to behave (I preffer clicker training). i moved out of my parents house in may and miss the companionship of the dogs that live there (both labs one black and one red/yellow). i live in a home with a 1/2 acre 6ft fenced in backyard i live an active life style i camp hike and am always outdoors and i am looking for a companion to do all these things with me.
