:D I HAVE WON OVER 200 MILLION DOLLARS IN THE LAST MONTH, BUT I CAN'T COLLECT BECAUSE I'M TO STUPID TO SEND MY MONEY. GOT ONE YESTERDAY FROM A 15 YEAR OLD WHO HAD LOST HIS POOR DADDY AND HE CAN'T GET THE MONEY WITHOUT A ADULT TO HELP, HE DON'T LIKE HIS MAMA EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS NO CONTROL. DO PEOPLE REALLY FALL FOR THESE SCAMS. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE COMING FASTER EVERY DAY. IF YOU HAVE LOST TO SCAMS I'M NOT SAYING YOU ARE STUPID BECAUSE I NEARLY FELL FOR ONE MYSELF. HAVE A NICE NIGHT.

Hi ONEYEYEDJACKS27, and welcome to Fraudwatchers.

It seems to me like you've been engaging in a hobby known as scambaiting - where an individual pretends to be a victim in order to waste the scammer's time. Please bare in mind though that doing so can be VERY dangerous unless you take necessary precautions. If you wish to learn more about this, I suggest you head on over to www.419eater.com or www.scambaits.com, where you can find much more information on the subject, including as how to do it safely.

And to answer your question, yes - many people do unfortunately fall victim to these scams. Many of these scammers are quite successful and many have amounted considerable wealth from doing so. This is why Fraudwatchers exists - to help educate those who are not yet aware of such fraud, and to create a greater public awareness of the issue.
