Hard to say, but color me skeptical as well. The site seems oddly focused on recruiting foreign workers, and while the site claims to be affiliated with all those hotels, I don't see anything on the official hotel sites that link back to hospitalityemployees.com

Mind, hotels in large cities and resort towns often do have foreign seasonal workers, but one should always confirm the job offer directly with the hotel itself.
