I have some experience in purchasing from chinese suppliers, anyone interested?

I just found your website, and liked it quite much. I also purchase from chinese suppliers (run my own small business), so I also have faced scam in past. Hovever, based on my experience, I've developed some own methods for identifying bad supplier. Does anyone interested in it? I also have own list of about 10 faulty suppliers (some of these guys are damn big companies, they get exhibitioned at CEBIT ever!).

So if there is an interest, I can write further...

By all means, if you have proven methods of authentication then the information would certainly be helpful. Additionally, if you have evidence of company "wrong-doing" then there is no harm in mentioning that fact either.

I am completely disappointed with the bags RHANDBAGS.com sent to me.. These are not what i expect it to be... The pictures are however deceiving... another thing, in the detailed info of the bags I ordered, it says :
This designer bag comes with: serial number, authenticity card, dust bag and care booklet.

But i didnt find any serial #, authenticity card, dust bag and care booklet on the 4 bags I ordered when it is in fact in the detailed info of the bag......

these are the evidences that stays the bags MUST have authenticity cards, care booklets and serial #..

I paid BIG BUCKS in claiming the orders at the custom when they told me IT IS A DOOR TO DOOR delivery... (this for the first they fooled me already)

I paid to custom almost the price of the bags I ordered from them, leaving me empty handed just to claim the bags which unfortunately have very poor quality...

This is their fault & they need to satisfy their customers otherwise .. a very dishonest company ... the bags are also dented... not really of good quality, not what I have paid for.. it's expensive & yet poor quality..

DO not be deceived by their bags on site... They might be very good in pictures and they will say it is SUPER A or HIGH QUALITY but when it reaches you, there's no way to return it, you will just spend more and more money....

Now they wrote to me saying that the bags I ordered are low quality... how come? when they even stipulated on their site that it is of good quality..and their price is high for low quality bags they are saying... they told me that US$100 is the cost of the bags if I want serial # authenticity card etc... BUT THEY DONT HAVE BAGS amounting to US$100...had I known that they have US$100 cost of the bag in their site, I should hve instead bought that US$100 bag, but they dont have US$100 bag so how come they were telling me i chose a low quality bag? besides, it is written on their description of the bag the inclusions...and now as I complained, they immediately edited their sites & REMOVED the detailed info "this bag comes with serial authenticity card & care booklet"... wtf.. they really intentionally fooled me... thats why i opted to file complaint against them to warn people also to not be their next victim... they are claiming their bags are Excellent while we only see in pictures, but no they are very dishonest...
and they also have in their site REFUND policy, return policy but now that i wanted a full refund and return or exchange, they are ignorning my messages when before they are too FAST to reply to my inquiries..what a shame.. they earn money out of this? fooling people? is that what they buy food for? is that what they feed to their family? when they fool deceive people, they earn money and they buy food for their meal with their family? what a shame..
