For:
Since our chamber is not formally engaged by you and the supply contract draft must still be with the Legal department of the Contract Tender Board, it will be inappropriate for us to request them to release the contract draft to us.
If you require our chamber involvement at this level you must have to immediately issue us a Letter of Authorization enable us to represent and act on your behalf regarding the contract process.
Otherwise, you should request the contract consultant firm which, we are sure you must be in contact with to collect the contract draft from the relevant department and forward to you.

Subject: Re: Attorney-Machine Supply Contract
Dear Sirs,
I have been told that I am required to sign the contract on 1st of August 2007 personally or through Constituted Attorneys.
Before I sign the same I would like a draft of the contract to be whetted by our Internation Trade lawyers, do you think it would be possible for you to send me a draft of the contract by return mail ?
Thank you,
